Now that I'm back at home for the summer, with lots of free time, I've decided to set a goal for myself -- to lose at least 15 pounds. And I'm going to do it! I'm going to diet and exercise like I have been for three days in a row.
I'll be switching around my workout routines from going on runs, lifting weights, P90x, EA Active on the Wii, and little exercises from magazines daily. I might even kayak or play volleyball. We'll see.
