I am exercising and dieting this summer, but it's not just to lose weight and be thin. It's more to encourage good healthy habits in myself. I mean sure, fitting into new clothes and showing off a nice bathing suit body is sweet, but appreciating myself as I am and will be is the the best thing I can do.
Because body confidence is what is really important. And all the numbers in between don't mean a thing. Go on an exercising journey to be healthy human being first and foremost. Love yourself throughout and throw away all the negative thoughts you're thinking about yourself and think positively into the future.
